The present invention relates to an arrangement for distribution of water during a wash phase and a rinse phase in a washing chamber (11) of a dishwasher (10), said arrangement comprising: a circulation system (20) comprising a circulation pump (21), a sump (22) spray nozzles (23), and a flow regulator (50; 70) and at least one rinse water tank (41) arranged within the dishwasher and comprising a fresh water inlet (46); wherein the rinse water tank (41) is connected to the circulation system (20) via the flow regulator (50; 70) arranged downstream the sump (22) between the sump and the spray nozzles (24); and wherein said arrangement is changeable by the flow regulator between a first configuration and a second configuration, in which first configuration said circulation pump (21) is arranged to circulate water collected in the sump (22) to the spray nozzles (23) arranged to distribute water over the items arranged in the washing chamber; and in which second configuration rinse water from the at least one rinse water tank is supplied to the spray nozzles. The invention furthermore relates to a method for operating the arrangement defined above.

The arm (7) comprises at least one washing liquid removing element (11) arranged to touch at least one of the rack (5) and washing liquid at the rack (5) upon movement of the arm (7) to remove the washing liquid from the rack (5). A dishwasher (1) with a dishwasher spray arm (6) is provided. The dishwasher spray arm (6) comprises a washing liquid intake (12), an inner volume (8) and at least one opening (9) arranged to dispense washing liquid from the inner volume (8) to a washing chamber (2). The dishwasher spray arm (6) also comprises one or more guide vanes (14) in a vicinity of the at least one opening (9). The one or more guide vanes (14) are arranged to at least partly prevent a rotating movement (13) of washing liquid dispensed via the at least one opening (9).

Provided herein are a spray arm assembly and associated dishwasher. The spray arm assembly may include a spray arm and a satellite arm. The spray arm may have a body defining an inlet opening and an outlet opening spaced along the body, and the body may receive washing fluid at the inlet opening and direct at least a portion of the washing fluid to an outlet opening. The body may further define one or more fluid supply channels extending between and fluidly communicating the inlet opening and the outlet opening. The satellite arm may be rotatably coupled to the spray arm at the outlet opening, and a portion of the one or more fluid supply channels may extend past the outlet opening to direct at least a portion of the washing fluid past the outlet opening and back towards the inlet opening before entering the outlet opening.
