    Abstract: A machine (1) for making electronic cigarette components, specifically cartridges, comprising: - feed means (3) for feeding a plurality of components (2) from a first processing station, - singulating and advancing means (4) for singulating and advancing the plurality of components (2) and configured to receive them and arrange them in a row, making them advance along a singulated advancing path (P) towards an accumulation zone (2a), - at least one conveyor belt (5) adapted to slidably receive the components (2) from the singulating and advancing means (4) on a respective accumulation surface (6), in such a way that the accumulation zone (2a) is positioned at the accumulation surface (6), the conveyor belt (5) being configured to transport the accumulated components (2) and to send them towards a transfer zone (2b) along a conveyor path (T), - transfer means (7) for transferring the components (2) and to withdraw them at the transfer zone (2b) and to transfer them to a second processing station, - variator means (8) for varying the accumulation zone (2a), movable relative to the transfer means (7) and configured to increase or decrease the accumulation surface (6) in such a way as to vary the quantity of components (2) that can be accumulated.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a system (1 ) for transferring a group (G) of components (C) of electronic cigarettes from a first operating station to a second operating station. The system (1) comprises: a conveyor (3), extending from a feeding zone (31) to a disengagement zone (32) and having a plurality of seats (30); and a feeding device (2) which receives the components (C) and feeds them into the seats (30) of the conveyor (3) at a first mutual distance (D1). The system (1) also comprises disengaging and transferring means (4, 40), that operate in the disengagement zone (32) to simultaneously disengage all the components (C) of the group (G) from their seats (30) and to transfer the components (C) to a collecting zone (50); compacting means (5), operating in the collecting zone (50) to move the components (C) closer together and place them at a second mutual distance (D2) that is smaller than the first mutual distance (D1); a tray (6) facing the collecting zone (50) for receiving from the collecting zone (50) the group (G) of components (C) which have been placed close together; pushing means (7) which push the components (C) from the collecting zone (50) into the tray (6). The system (1) also comprises movement means (8) for transferring the tray (6) to the second operating station.

    Abstract: Described is a system (1) for transferring a first group (G1) of components (C) of electronic cigarettes from a first operating station to a second operating station, comprising: a flat collecting surface (3) extending from a feeding zone (31) to a releasing zone (32); a feeding device (2) that receives the components (C) to be transferred and feeds them onto the flat collecting surface (3). The system comprises: a first abutment element (41) disposed to abut the first component (C1) of the first group (G1) of components (C) released onto the flat collecting surface (3); a second abutment element (42) disposed to abut the last component (C2) of the first group (G1) of components (C) released onto the flat collecting surface (3); compacting and stabilizing means (5, 50) for moving the components (C) fed into the feeding zone (31) closer together and stabilizing their positions; first movement means (4) for moving the first abutment element (41) and the second abutment element (42) along the flat collecting surface (3) to transfer the first group (G1) of components (C) to the releasing zone (32); a tray (6) facing the releasing zone (32) to receive the first group (G1) of components (C); pushing means (7) which push the components (C) from the releasing zone (32) into the tray (6); transferring means (8) for transferring the tray (6) filled at least with a first group (G1) of components (C) towards the second operating station.
