Abstract: A communications server apparatus for a group e-wallet related to an e-commerce service, the communications server comprising a processor and a memory, the communications server apparatus being configured, under control of the processor, to execute instructions stored in the memory, to: receive a transaction request from a customer for the group e-wallet in relation to a service category; determine if the customer is authorised for the e-wallet; determine if the service category is valid for the customer; and allow the transaction if the customer is authorised and the service category is valid, and deny the transaction otherwise.
