Abstract: An electrical connector comprising: female receiving elements (2), electricity supply connectors (4), a safety device comprising a movable piston (7) made of a electricity non conducting material having upper cross arms which ends are configured as convex surfaces (10) located transversally and in contact with the female receiving elements (2), lower cross arms adapted to receive the contact terminals (6), and a resilient element (9), flexible means (5) that electrically connect the contact terminals (6) to the respective electricity supply connectors (4), wherein, the pins of the male plug, while in the inactive state, the piston (7) stays by the action of a resilient element (9) in a position that the female receiving elements (2) and the contact terminals (6) do not establish electrical contact preventing the transmission of electricity.
