Abstract: The invention relates to a process to produce a stable copolymer composition, consisting in an organic solvent, an alkyl-alkoxysilane and\or an alcohol in C1 to C9, the monomers and the radical initiator are added to the reactor. The copolymer composition is based on modi fied vinyl branched ester polymer with vinyl silane and a water scavenger.
