Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide a function transfer method, device and system, are applied to the field of communications, and can enable a network to actively dispatch function services of users between function transfer method, device and systemnetwork nodes. The method specifically includes: a first network node transmits a function transfer request to a second network node; the first network node receives a function transfer response transmitted from the second network node; the first network node transmits a transfer execution instruction to the second network node, wherein the transfer execution instruction is used for instructing the second network node to implement a first function service for a first user.
