A rotary tablet press machine (1) comprises a rotating compression turret (2) which includes a die table (3), provided along a circumferential portion thereof with a plurality of dies (4), a plurality of first punches (5) and second punches (6) having a substantially cylindrical body with an abutment end (5a, 6a) associated with respective dies (4); a dosing station (7) for dosing high-porosity powdered product (50) in the dies (4); a compression station (8) provided with a first and a second compression roller (11, 12) adapted to linearly move respectively the first punches (5) and the second punches (6) within the respective dies (4) in order to compress said product (50) and produce tablets (100); and a compacting station (9) arranged between the dosing station (7) and the compression station (8) and provided with at least one compacting cam (13, 23) adapted to push the first punches (5) and/or the second punches (6) via their abutment end (5a, 6a) within the respective dies (4) in order to compact the dosed product (50) and allow air in said product (50) to exit.

A machine for dosing a plurality of products in capsules (200), or similar containers, comprises a plurality of dosing units (3, 4, 5) for filling the capsules (200) with respective products and turret means (2) that rotates intermittently and is arranged for housing and moving the capsules (200) in sequence through the dosing units (3, 4, 5); the machine further comprises a plurality of checking units (6, 7, 8) each of which is located downstream of a respective dosing unit (3, 4, 5) for measuring a quantity of product dosed in the capsules (200) by said respective dosing units (3, 4, 5).

A total weight checking system and method for capsules (100) filled with product comprises a filling machine (2) filling the capsules (100) according to a defined filling order, a weighing apparatus (3) weighing all the aforesaid capsules (100) and transferring means (4) transferring said capsules (100) from the filling machine (2) to the weighing apparatus (3), wherein the transferring means (4) comprises removing means (21) and conveying means (5), the removing means (21) being suitable for removing the capsules (100) from the filling machine (2) and for transferring the capsules to the conveying means (5) according to said defined filling order, the conveying means (5) being suitable for housing and accumulating a plurality of capsules (100) according to said defined filling order and transferring the capsules (100) to the weighing apparatus (3) according to said defined filling order.
