Abstract: Described is a sealing and cutting device for forming bags containing products comprising; a sealing head (1) or sonotrode configured for sealing a portion (2) of a continuous tubular strip (2s), feeding along a feed direction (D2); a counterhead or anvil (3) positioned facing the sonotrode (1); a movement system (4) connected to the sonotrode (1) and/or to the anvil (3) and configured for moving the sonotrode (1) and/or the anvil (3) between a first non-operating position, wherein the sonotrode (1) and the anvil (3) are apart from each other, and a second operating position wherein the sonotrode (1) and the anvil (3) are in frontal contact for sealing the portion (2) of strip of filter material; in such a way as to simultaneously seal a head and a bottom of respective bags to be formed; a cutting element (5) comprising a circular blade 6 connected to a supporting and movement element 8 which is able to impart a translational movement to the blade (6) with a circular shape along a direction (D6) perpendicular to the feed direction (D2) of the continuous tubular strip (2s); the anvil (3) comprises a slit (7) from which the blade 6 protrudes, which is configured for cutting the tubular strip (2s), by contact with the sonotrode (1), whilst the sonotrode (1) and the anvil (3) are in the second operating position, in such a way as to separate a bag formed from the remaining continuous strip (2s).

Abstract: Described is a dosing device for feeding an infusion product comprising: a tower (1) for containing the loose infusion product, at least a pair of tubular channels (2, 3) for feeding the product connected to the tower (1); each channel (2, 3) is configured to allow the picking up of the product from the containing tower (1) and the release of a quantity of product; a plurality of containers (4) for receiving the infusion product from the tubular channels (2, 3); a platform (6) movable relative to tubular channels (2, 3) on which is associated the plurality of containers (4) positioned one after the other; the platform (6) is configured for carrying, in sequence, each container (4) to a first position for feeding a quantity of product, by weight, less than the weight of a programmed dose and, subsequently, to a second position for feeding a remaining quantity of product, by weight, useful for reaching the weight of the programmed dose; a plurality of weighing elements (8) positioned along the path followed by the platform (6) to control the weight of the product in each container (4) and a control unit (9) connected to each tubular feed channel (2, 3), to each weighing element (8) and to the platform (6) programmed to control the quantity of product fed to each container (4) and the relative movement of the platform (6).

Abstract: Described is a dosing device for feeding an infusion product comprising: a tower (1) for containing loose infusion product, a plurality of tubular channels (2) for feeding and discharging the product in communication, a first plurality of containers (3) for receiving the quantity of product falling from the channels (2); each channel (2) is actuated by a corresponding actuation device (13) configured for actuating the channel (2) for releasing a predetermined quantity of product from a relative free end; a fixed platform (5) supporting the first plurality of containers (3), a plurality di plurality of elements (6) for real weighing of the product in the corresponding containers (3) and supported by the fixed platform (5); - a control unit (11) in communication with each actuating device (13) and with each real weighing element (6), in such a way as to detect the value measured by each element (6) and actuate the corresponding channel (2) until reaching the predetermined quantity of product; the device also comprises a plurality of reference elements (12) each positioned close to a corresponding real weighing element (6) and independent of the same real weighing elements (6); this plurality of reference elements (12) are associated with the fixed platform (5) each supporting a weight of predetermined value; each reference element (12) is in communication with the control unit (11) in such a way as to transmit a signal equivalent to the measured value of the reference weight by the reference element (12).
