Abstract: A device for fastening an add-on part to a carrier component includes a housing part (10) with a receiving opening (18) and a clip part (20) received therein. The clip part (20) introduced in an introducing direction (E) into the housing part (10) and rotatable about an axis of rotation (D) between locking and unlocking positions. The clip part (20) has latching structure (28) which, in the locking position, protrude outwards relative to the housing part (10) and, in the unlocking position, are accommodated within the housing part (10). With the housing part (10) inserted into the carrier component, the latching structure (28) latch in the locking position on an opening of the carrier component. The clip part (20) is rotatable without deformation between the locking position and the unlocking position. Elastic holding features (11, 25) hold the clip part (20) in the locking position in relation to rotation about the axis of rotation (D) and in relation to an axial movement counter to the introducing direction (E).
