A system to emulate manual filing system by storing and processing document that operates on Relational Database Management System (RDBMS), comprising; a Electronic Document (eDoc) (11) having at least one Electronic Document Identifier (eDoc-ldentifier), Section, Rowtype and Column; a Program Module having at least one Electronic Form (eForm) to capture data entry based on set of instructions and data fields that predefined in at least one Electronic Dictionary (eDict); a Virtual Memory for storing the Electronic Document (eDoc) (11); and a Web-Read Module (4) for retrieving the Electronic Document (eDoc) (11) from the Virtual Memory based on at least one identifier of Electronic Document (eDoc) (11), in which the identifier is extracted based on the captured data entry of Electronic Form (eForm).

The present invention discloses a method for converting any types of file format into a Electronic Document (eDoc) comprises the steps of: receiving, by a Input Module (1), inputs relating to the conversion from a user server; executing, by a Process Mode Module (2), the modes of the conversion based on the inputs of the user; determining, by a Converter Controller Module (3), the format type of the file and retrieving a suitable type of converter from a database server; and activating, by the Converter Controller Module (3), the retrieved converter for converting the file into a Electronic Document (eDoc) format.

The present invention discloses a system for processing data bi-directionally comprises a relational table-based design platform (1); and a Emulating Manual System (eMS) platform (2) connected to the relational table-based design platform (1) through a Exchange Module (3) via a communication network; wherein the Exchange Module (3) provides two ways conversion between table-based file format of the relational table-based design platform (1) and Electronic Document (eDoc) of the eMS platform (2) so that either one of the platforms can process data of the other platform.
