The controller performs control such that the switching element is turned on in a first period in which power is supplied to the heater, determines a duty ratio based on the resistance of the heater corresponding to a signal from the resistance detection sensor in the first period, and adjusts switching operation of the switching element based on the determined duty ratio in a second period after the first period in which power is supplied to the heater.
