    Abstract: A hair implant having an anchor comprising an anchor body, and at least one collagen receiving structure selected from the group of at least one tunnel through the anchor body or an anchor body external surface feature. The anchor includes at least one hair strand projecting from an anchor body distal end and may include a bend, wherein the at least one collagen receiving structure, or the external surface feature, support collagen ligature growth after hair implant implantation for anchoring in the recipient. The hair implant includes a two-part construction having a base module formed of the anchor body and at least one hair stem for coupling with a long hair strand. Another alternative includes a hair strand first end that is passed through the skin, underneath and then up through the skin at another location to result in the hair strand having two portions projecting from the skin surface.

    Abstract: A hair implant suitable for subcutaneous implantation is provided having an anchor comprising an anchor body, and at least one collagen receiving structure selected from the group consisting of at least one tunnel disposed through the anchor body and an external surface feature of the anchor body. The anchor further comprises at least one hair strand projecting from a distal end of the anchor body, wherein the at least one collagen receiving structure is configured to support collagen ligature growth after subcutaneous implantation of the hair implant to anchor the anchor to a hair implant recipient, and the collagen receiving structure is free of hair. A fracture line in the anchor body allows the body to fragment, thereby releasing collagen ligatures and allowing the implant fragments to "release" and fall out of the skin. The at least one hair strand may comprise a primary hair element with emerging hair elements.

    Abstract: A penile sleeve device (PSD) that is an implantable subcutaneous penile shaft silicone rubber apparatus has several functions such as to elongate, thicken, harden, straighten and custom-shape a penis. The PSD has an elongated main component of stretchable elastic silicone elastomer into which an inner component of a much higher durometer silicone rubber material is positioned to provide the PSD with some rigidity. The main component is the only portion in contact with the penile shaft since the inner component resides within a pocket of the main component that is formed by two layers therein. The outside surface layers may include folds to assist in enhancing penile girth and lengthening. A penile stocking insert is also provided for increasing the length of the penis in its flaccid or erect state using an elongated tubular body elastic material which applies a compressive force around the penile shaft, thus elongating penis length.

    Abstract: Extension devices for attaching hair extension elements to artificial hair elements that protrude from a subcutaneously implanted hair implant anchor body. One extension device involves a cylindrical structure having respective cavities on opposing ends. One cavity receives an artificial hair element distal end while the other cavity receives the hair extension therein. Another extension device involves a hair extension element forming a first portion of the device while a second opposite portion includes a projection that is received inside an artificial hair element hollow interior. A third extension device involves a core having a hair extension element projecting from one core side while a single cavity is located on a second opposite side, for receiving the distal end of the artificial implanted hair element therein. The hair extension may comprise ancillary hair elements and bud structures. Ornamental structures may be included on the distal ends of the hair extension element.
