    Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for managing a cognitive radio network, for eliminating interference to the primary users (20) within the vicinity of the cognitive radio network such that the data transmission service quality of the primary users (20) in a cognitive radio network is ensured while optimal operation of the cognitive radio devices (10) is maintained.
