An apparatus and method for coating surfaces of optical elements, wherein the apparatus comprises: a body with a holder for holding an optical element in position for coating more than one surfaces of the optical element, wherein the holder has a plurality of openings, wherein when the optical element is held in position in the holder, more than one of the plurality of openings exposes more than one surfaces of the optical element to enable each of the more than one surfaces to be coated with a layer of material.
Abstract:
An image capturing apparatus comprising: a first plurality of lenses arranged to capture an omnidirectional view of a surrounding of the image capturing apparatus; at least one reflective surface configured to reflect light captured by the first plurality of lenses respectively at an angle towards a single image plane; a second plurality of lenses for focusing the Sight reflected by the at least one reflective surface respectively onto the single image plane; and an image sensor comprising the single image plane, wherein patches of the light received by the single image plane are processed to form a single image containing the omnidirectional view of the surrounding of the image capturing apparatus.
