Abstract:
The present invention is a LED display system that incorporates: (1) a modular frame assembly that is easy to assemble, and is designed to be flexible enough to support different installations; and (2) individual LED modules that are structurally designed to easily connect to one another physically, to be network capable, to connect to one another so as to be assembled within the frame assembly to form an LED display, to define a network between them when connected, and to connect to the web platform for calibration. The web platform of the present invention is operable to enable design and installation support in regards to modular display systems.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a bottle display device including an organic light emitting diode and a power source concealed beneath the bottle. The power source may be concealed within a housing attached to the bottom of the bottle, or may be concealed within a cavity or punt beneath the bottle. The bottle display device may also include a sensor and control circuit to selectively power the display in response to various external stimuli or signals.
Abstract:
A modular display system is provided that incorporates video compression for the efficient transmission of video or image data. Each module within a modular display system includes a codec, either in hardware or software, to decompress an image or video prior to displaying the image or video. By including a codec for the decompression of image or video data, the system enables the efficient transmission of high-quality image or data files with a lower bit rate transmission system. In a preferred embodiment, a wavelet-based codec is employed to enable spatial subdivision of a compressed image or video file prior to transmission to the display modules forming the modular display.
