Abstract:
Method for prefabricated modular building of walls (M) and panel walls, comprising the steps of: positioning a series of first panels (3) so as to form a delimitation wall (26) facing a reference wall and set at a predefined distance therefrom; connecting the first panels (3) to the reference wall by means of respective means of constraint (15, 16); and making a casting of cementitious conglomerate or mortar in the gap delimited between the first panels (3) and the reference wall; the method moreover comprises, prior to the step of making the casting, the step of positioning in the gap a series of insulating plates (30) made of a material with low thermal conductivity so as to form a further wall (28) parallel to the wall (26) of first panels (3).
Abstract:
There is described a prefabricated building module (1) for building fence walls. The module (1) has two facing vertical panels (4) defining a cavity (2) in which to pour concrete; and a number of connecting devices (5, 6) for connecting the panels (4) horizontally and vertically; at least one of the connecting devices (5) is fitted integrally with a fastening bar (15, 15’) extending parallel to the panels (4) and defining, with a respective end portion (16, 16’) projecting upwards with respect to the panels (4), an attachment by which to attach a relative supporting member (17, 17’) of a fence (3).
Abstract:
A swimming pool (1, 1') is described comprising: a hollow pool (2, 2') fillable with water; a wall (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) laterally delimiting the pool (2, 2'), having an end (13) securable to a surface (14), and formed by a plurality of reciprocally adjacent prefabricated finishing modules (20); each module (20) comprises a first and a second panel (21, 22) facing each other at a distance so as to delimit a first compartment (19) inside the wall (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) and filled by concrete; one of the first panels (21) and one of the second panels (22) respectively present a first and a second edge (24) facing surface (14) and defining end (13); the swimming pool (1, 1') comprises a bottom (4) inferiorly delimiting the pool (2, 2'), delimited by the first panels (21) of the wall (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11), and extending at a distance from the surface (14) so as to define a second compartment (38) adapted also to be filled by concrete; the swimming pool (1, 1') comprises supporting means (40, 40') of the wall (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) interposed between the surface (14) and a portion (61) of the first edge (24) of a first panel (21) defining the end (13).
Abstract:
It is described a connecting device (1, 1', 1' ' ) for fastening together at least one pair of modular prefabricated building panels (2) arranged parallelly facing each other, and each provided, along an edge extending parallelly in a predetermined direction (A) , with first engaging means (4); the connecting device (1, V , 1' ' ) comprises at least one pair of anchoring portions (7 , 7', 7") extending parallelly in said direction (A) and provided with second engaging means (13, 14, 15, 13', 14', 15', 13", 14", 15") which may be coupled to the first engaging means (4) of the respective panels (2), and at least one connecting portion (8) connecting the anchoring portions (7, 7', 7") transversally in the direction (A) to prevent the divergence of the panels (2); the connecting device (1, 1', 1") comprises releasable connecting means (10, 10', 10") between said connecting portion (8) and said anchoring portions (7, 7', 7") .
Abstract:
A method for making coating walls (1) , according to which a first row of modular panels (5) and at least one second row of modular panels (20) are formed on a base surface (4), one on top of the other, in positions facing a surface (2) to be coated. The space between the panels (6, 19) and the surface (2) to bc coated is filled by concrete, to make a first casting and at least one second casting one after the other to obtain a first horizontal layer of concrete (18) and, respectively, at least one second horizontal layer of concrete (27) set on top of one another.
