Abstract: The present invention concerns an aqueous phase paint system as a decorative coating with woven effect, the process for production of the paint system and the method of application of said decorative coating. The paint system comprises the following aqueous products: (A) a paint product (A) comprising (parts by weight): - 92 to 98 p/w of a product (1 ), and - 2 to 8 p/w of a pigmented toner. (B) a paint product (B) comprising: - 3 to 9 p/w of the product (A), and - 91 to 97 p/w of a product (2) comprising a pigment, wherein the dry product (1) comprises: - 10 to 45 p/w of a silicon monoxide in granule form, the granulometry of said granules varying from 20 μm to 130 μm, and - 2 to 15 p/w of a silicate of aluminium, sodium and potassium in hydrated form, the silicate being in the form of granules with dimensions varying from 5 μm to 450 μm.

Abstract: The invention relates to a painting system comprising a painting product (1) containing from 30 to 50% w/w of microcrystalline calcium carbonate and a painting product (2) containing from 0.70 to 4.0% w/w of a pigmenting organic compound (I) chosen from among the salts and/or terephthalic acid esters, and from 96.0 to 99.3% w/w of a mixture (II) containing from 1.0 to 5.0% w/w of hydrated potassium, sodium and aluminium silicate, and from 0.20 to 0.40% w/w of an aluminium-potassium silicate and titanium dioxide compound. Said painting system produces an attractive decorative effect.
