Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus for dispensing predetermined amounts of viscous product. A drawback of the prior art devices is the inability to quickly and accurately measure quantities dispensed from a collapsible tube. The present invention provides an improved apparatus which has a conduit (17) which is telescopingly received within a cap (14). The cap and the conduit define an expandable dosing chamber which expands to a predetermined maximum volume when product is introduced into the chamber through the conduit. A check valve (19) prevents back flow of product through the conduit. Collapsing the chamber (Fig. 7) from its maximum volume to a minimum volume dispenses the product from the dosing chamber.
