Abstract: Laser device for directing a laser beam in a laser trajectory comprising an input trajectory, an intermediate trajectory and an output trajectory, the laser device comprising: an input tube configured to receive the laser beam and cause the laser beam to travel the input trajectory; a first mirror system configured to direct the laser beam from the input trajectory to the intermediate trajectory; an output tube configured to guide the laser beam out of the laser device wherein the laser beam travels the output trajectory, wherein the output tube is movable relative to the input tube between at least a first position wherein the output trajectory is a first output trajectory and a second position wherein the output trajectory is a second output trajectory; a mirror holder configured to move upon movement of the output tube, and a second mirror system mounted to the mirror holder, wherein the mirror holder is configured to position the second mirror system to direct the laser beam from the intermediate trajectory to the first output trajectory at least when the output tube is in the first position.

Abstract: There is provided a laser device (100) for laser cleaning a surface (101). The laser device comprises a laser head (102) and a tube (103). The tube comprises an inner cross-section (103a), a laser opening (105) and an extraction opening (106). The laser head (102) is adapted to direct a laser beam (104a) via a laser beam path (107) to the surface. The laser beam path (107) extends from the laser head (102) through the inner cross-section (103a) to the laser opening (105). The tube (103) forms a gas flow path (110) from the laser opening (105) to the extraction opening (106) through the inner cross-section. The laser head (102) is adapted to fill an inner volume (108) extending across the inner cross-section (103a) with the laser beam. The tube (103) is adapted to guide gas along the gas flow path (110) through the inner volume.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a handheld pulsed laser device (1) for cleaning or treating a surface (100), comprising a laser source (10), a focal distance adjuster (30) and a beam deflector (40). The laser source is configured to emit a pulsed laser beam (20) and the focal distance adjuster, is configured to change a focal distance of the beam. The beam deflector may comprise at least one movable mirror (42) onto which the beam is deflected, wherein the deflector is configured to deflect the beam to scan the beam along the surface. The device further comprises at least one sensor (50), configured to provide a sensor signal that is representative for a parameter that is related to a characteristic of the surface, and a control unit (60), configured to control the beam deflector to scan the beam along the surface in an, at least, two-dimensional pattern, based on the sensor signal. The present invention further relates to a method for using the pulsed laser cleaning device during cleaning or treating of a surface.
