Abstract: A high-strength ultra-light weight fireproof green thermal insulation core material board and the method are provided, the fireproof thermal insulation core material board is prepared by water and the other raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise 0.1-10% by weight of palm fibre based on the weight of the raw materials except water, and the fibre length ranges from 2-15mm. And its preparing method is low-cost, with low energy consumption, and the product as well as its manufacturing process is very friendly to environment.

Abstract: The present application discloses a high-strength ultra-light weight fireproof green thermal insulation geo panel comprising a core material board, said core material board are prepared by water and the other raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise 0.1–10%by weight of palm fibre based on the weight of the raw materials except water, and wherein the fibre length of the palm fibre ranges from 2mm to 15mm. The wall system constructed with panels made with the insulation geo panel in application has excellent fire and acoustic insulation. And its preparing method is low-cost, with low energy consumption, and the product as well as its manufacturing process is very friendly to environmental friendly.
