摘要： The present invention relates to treatment and diagnosis of lung cancer and metastases thereof. More specifically, the invention relates to such therapeutic use of antigen sources providing immunogenic polypeptides comprising at least an immunogenic portion of a cancer cell associated protein, which preferably is a zona pellucida (ZP) protein, especially a ZP3 protein or the extracellular domain thereof, whereby the antigen source induces a cellular immune response against the lung cancer cells. The antigen source can be a proteinaceous composition comprising such immunogenic ZP polypeptide, a nucleic acid encoding the immunogenic ZP polypeptide, or a cell expressing or presenting the immunogenic ZP polypeptide. In addition, the invention relates to the therapeutic use of a T cell comprising a T cell receptor that binds an MHC-peptide complex, wherein the peptide is a peptide from the immunogenic ZP polypeptide. The invention further relates to the therapeutic and/or diagnostic use of antibodies that specifically binds to the immunogenic ZP polypeptide.
