Abstract: A reinforced timber panel has a timber mass and a spaced apart parallel arrangement of pairs of upper and lower reinforcement rails on respective upper and lower surfaces of the timber mass. Furthermore, a plurality of diagonal screws penetrate the timber mass from spaced apart positions along each reinforcement rail.
