Abstract: There is provided a filter (104) for e-vaping, the filter (104) including a contained filter material (100). The contained filter material (100) includes one or more portions of a filter material (105). The one or more portions define interstices (101) running through a longitudinal length of the contained filter material (100). The interstices (101) allow an airflow to pass through the longitudinal length of the contained filter material (100). A consumable substance is infused within the filter material (100). The consumable substance includes nicotine, a flavorant, a pre-vapor formulation, a sub-combination thereof, or a combination thereof.

Abstract: There is provided a device (60) including a first section (70) including an airflow passage, a reservoir (20) configured to contain a first pre-vapor formulation, a heater (14) in communication with the reservoir (20) and the airflow passage, the heater (14) configured to at least partially vaporize the first pre-vapor formulation. The device also comprises an insert (104) in communication with the airflow passage, the insert (104) being downstream of the heater (14). The insert (104) includes a matrix (100) with one or more portions of a filler material. The filler material is a plant-based cellulose material. The one or more portions of filler material define interstices. The insert (104) also include a containing structure (103) containing the matrix (100). The containing structure (103) contacts at least side surfaces of the matrix (100). The insert (104) also comprises a consumable substance infused within the filler material, the at least one first consumable substance including at least one of nicotine, at least one first flavorant, at least one second pre-vapor formulation, a sub-combinations thereof, or a combinations thereof.
