摘要： A balanced fluid control valve includes a housing (20) formed with an inlet port (23) and an outlet port (24); a valve seat (25) located within the housing (20) between the ports (23, 24); and a hollow stem (26) having one end located within the housing (20) facing and adjacent to the valve seat (25), and an opposite end facing and aligned with one of the ports. The hollow stem (26) and valve seat (25) are supported within the housing such that one is movable relative to the other: (a) to cause the hollow stem (26) to be spaced from the valve seat (25), and thereby open the valve to the flow of fluid through the hollow stem (26) from the inlet to the outlet; or (b) to cause the hollow stem (26) to be moved into firm contact with the valve seat (25) and close the valve.

摘要： A drinker system for delivering water to animals comprising: a central pressure regulator; drinker lines with drinker nozzles; pressure reduction valve devices providing an outlet pressure proportional to the pressure set by the central pressure regulator; each valve device comprising: a housing defining a 5 relatively high pressure zone and a relatively low pressure zone; a relatively small area diaphragm in the relatively high pressure zone; a relatively large area diaphragm in the relatively low pressure zone, and rigidly connected to the small area diaphragm; a flow regulating valve through which liquid can flow from the relatively high pressure zone to the relatively low pressure zone; and an internal 10 by-pass mechanism for allowing liquid to flow from the valve device inlet to the valve device outlet bypassing the flow regulating valve.
