Abstract: A removable flexible jacket (210) to be used in a printing press having a transfer cylinder (10) for transferring a freshly printed substrate (306). The removable flexible jacket (210 comprises a film sheet (226), a plurality of beads (222) coupled to the film sheet (226) by a bonding material (224), wherein the beads (222) are of different sizes, and a coating (220) partially covering the beads (222), wherein a cusp of at least some of the larger beads (222) is substantially free of the coating (220).
