Abstract: A container sterilization device and system, an assembling method and use thereof. The container sterilization device (10) includes a sterilization gas supply assembly, a gas circulation assembly, and a heating and humidification assembly. The sterilization gas supply assembly includes a chemical feeding pipeline (110). The gas circulation assembly includes a gas circulation pipeline (220), a gas extraction pipeline (230), and a vacuum pump (210) disposed on the gas extraction pipeline (230). The heating and humidification assembly includes a thermostatic water tank (310), a steam generator (320), a first connecting pipeline (330), and a humidity feeding pipeline (340). The first connecting pipeline (330) is configured to provide fluid communication between the thermostatic water tank (310) and the steam generator (320), while the humidity feeding pipeline (340) is configured to be in fluid communication with the steam generator (320). The chemical feeding pipeline (110), the gas circulation pipeline (220), and the gas extraction pipeline (230) are each at least partially located in the thermostatic water tank (310).

The gas liquefaction recovery system (3), the pressure swing adsorption recovery system (4), the reaction system (5), the temperature swing adsorption recovery system (6), and the hydration system (7) may be fluidly connected in sequence through first connecting pipes. The gas liquefaction recovery system (3), the pressure swing adsorption recovery system (4), and the temperature swing adsorption recovery system (6) may each be fluidly connected to the recovery and storage system (12) through second connecting pipes. The hydration system (7) may be fluidly connected to the wastewater treatment system (8) through wastewater pipes. A method for treating ethylene oxide-containing sterilization exhaust gas using the sterilization exhaust gas treatment system is also provided.

A second connecting pipe (321) connects the second gas outlet (212) with the third gas inlet (311), an exhaust pipe (322) in communication with the third gas outlet (312) to exhaust gas from the hydration tower (310).

Abstract: A microbiological treatment system (1000) includes a hydration system (1) and microbiological degradation systems (2). The liquid outlet (105) is configured to discharge the EO exhaust liquor. Each microbiological degradation system (2) may include a degradation chamber (21, 22, 23) containing degradation bacteria including one of anaerobic bacteria, facultative bacteria, or aerobic bacteria. The degradation chambers (21, 22, 23) of the microbiological degradation systems (2) may be in fluid communication sequentially in a predetermined degradation sequence, with the most upstream in the degradation sequence having a liquid inlet in fluid communication with the liquid outlet (105).
