    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A device may aggregate multiple data bits into a group of data bits associated with an application on the device. The device may determine quality of service parameters associated with the group of data bits. The quality of service parameters may include an error rate associated with the group of data bits, a delay budget associated with the group of data bits, timing information associated with the group of data bits, or content policy information associated with the group of data bits, or a combination thereof. The device may transmit the group of data bits to another device in the wireless communication system. The group of data bits may include group header information including an indication of the quality of service parameters.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for uplink preemption indication. A method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving at least one ULPI from a base station (BS) indicating, for each of a plurality of sets of uplink resources, a power level the UE can use for one or more uplink transmissions. The UE can determine one or more power levels indicated by the ULPI for resources allocated for the UE for uplink transmission. The allocated resources may include multiple of the sets of uplink resources. The UE can select the power level to use for uplink transmission using the allocated resources based, at least in part, on the determination. The UE sends or drops the one or more uplink transmissions according to the ULPI. A time duration of the plurality of sets of uplink resources can be longer than a configured ULPI monitoring periodicity.

    Abstract: Some wireless communications systems may support mobile broadband (MBB) communications and low latency communications. To facilitate low latency communications, a base station may assign resources allocated for an MBB transmission for a low latency transmission. As described herein, to limit interference between an MBB transmission and a low latency transmission while maximizing the chances that the MBB transmission is received, an MBB user equipment (UE) may be configured to adjust a transmit power for the MBB transmission to limit the impact on a low latency transmission without preempting the MBB transmission. However, if the MBB UE is unable to adjust the transmit power for the MBB transmission prior to the MBB transmission, the MBB UE may determine whether to drop a portion of the MBB transmission on the resources assigned for the low latency transmission (e.g., based on whether a received power of the MBB transmission exceeds a threshold).

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques and apparatus for signaling channel preemption indications that enable a user equipment (UE) of a first type to take one or more actions on resources that are re-allocated to an UE of a second type. An exemplary method generally includes determining that resources allocated for a scheduled transmission by a first user equipment (UE) of a first type overlaps with uplink channel resources allocated to a second UE of a second type. The method also includes signaling, based on the determination, an uplink preemption indication (ULPI), to the second UE, that identifies at least some of the overlapping resources.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to estimate, during a first time interval, at least one of a first interference level for a first radio access technology (RAT) caused at least in part by a second RAT, a second interference level for the second RAT caused at least in part by the first RAT, or a combination thereof. The UE may transmit a control message to a base station using the first RAT based on at least one of the first estimated interference level, the second estimated interference level, or a combination thereof. The UE may then communicate, based on the control message and during a second time interval, with the base station using the first RAT and with a wireless device using the second RAT, the second time interval being after the first time interval.

    Abstract: Methods related to wireless communication systems and transmission and/or reception of synchronization signal block (SSB) transmissions (e.g., in full-duplex slots) are provided. For example, a wireless communication device receives a synchronization signal block (SSB) transmission schedule. The SSB transmission schedule is at least partially overlapping with an uplink (UL) frequency portion of a full-duplex slot. The wireless communication device receives a first portion of a SSB in a downlink (DL) frequency portion of the full-duplex slot; and receiving a second portion of the SSB in the UL frequency portion of the full-duplex slot based on the SSB being scheduled in the full-duplex slot and at least partially overlapping with the UL frequency portion of the full-duplex slot..
