    Abstract: An assistance data selection and use method includes: obtaining, at a user equipment, a plurality of assistance data sets each indicating a respective plurality of positioning reference signal resources; selecting, at the user equipment, a desired assistance data set from the plurality of assistance data sets based on positioning performance information; and either: transmitting, from the user equipment, a first positioning reference signal in accordance with the desired assistance data set; or receiving, by the user equipment, a second positioning reference signal in accordance with the desired assistance data set.

    Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a UE to prioritize PRS and different DL channels in an RRC-inactive/idle state. In one aspect, a UE receives one or more PRSs and at least one DL channel in a measurement period and during an RRC-inactive state or an RRC-idle state, the one or more PRSs occupying a range of symbols that do not overlap with the at least one DL channel in time. The UE selects at least some portion of the one or more PRSs or at least some portion of the at least one DL channel for processing based on whether the range of symbols is within a time threshold of the at least one DL channel. The UE processes, based on the selection, the at least some portion of the one or more PRSs or the at least some portion of the at least one DL channel.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a UE receives, from a position estimation entity, a parent PRS resource set configuration associated with a set of parent beams from a TRP, and a set of child PRS resource set configurations associated with a respective set of child beams for each of the set of parent beams. The UE performs measurements on the set of parent beams and at least one activated set of child beams. The position estimation entity receives at least one measurement report(s) based on measurements associated with the set of parent beams and the at least one activated set of child beams.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless positioning.     Abstract: A batch measurement reporting method includes; receiving, at a wireless signaling device from a network entity, a batch request indicating a plurality of positioning methods; receiving, at the wireless signaling device, one or more PRS resources; measuring, at the wireless signaling device, one or more of the one or more PRS resources for each of the plurality of positioning methods in accordance with the batch request to determine, in combination, a plurality of PRS measurements; and transmitting, from the wireless signaling device to the network entity, a batch measurement report based on the plurality of PRS measurements and including a respective batch measurement sub-report for each of the plurality of positioning methods, each respective batch measurement sub-report comprising a respective batch of the plurality of PRS measurements.
