    Abstract: User equipment (UEs) may operate within a wireless communication network using fewer antennas and/or reduced bandwidth in order to conserve battery power. In order to compensate for the reduced downlink capacity of such UEs, a base station may use repetitions of downlink messages, such as physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) messages. However, such repetition levels are generally associated with a single pattern of monitoring occasions. Base stations may therefore lack flexibility in scheduling downlink messages for different UEs as well as in communicating multiple DCIs to the same UE. Techniques and apparatuses described herein may provide increased flexibility for using multiple monitoring occasion patterns associated with a repetition level for downlink messages. The base station may therefore schedule communications to multiple UEs with different repetition levels to reduce interference. Additionally, the base station may schedule multiple communications to a UE with different repetition levels to reduce latency.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an uplink cancellation indication that identifies one or more first time-domain resources during which the UE is to refrain from transmitting at least a portion of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission scheduled to be transmitted during the one or more first time-domain resources. The UE may identify one or more second time-domain resources during which the UE is to transmit the at least the portion of the PUSCH transmission or another portion of the PUSCH transmission. The UE may transmit, based at least in part on receiving the uplink cancellation indication, the at least the portion of the PUSCH transmission or the other portion of the PUSCH transmission during the one or more second time-domain resources.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may perform a random access channel (RACH) procedure with a base station. The UE may receive a message configuring a random access occasion and a PUSCH occasion. The UE may transmit a random access preamble according to the random access occasion scheduled in the message. The UE may also transmit a repetition of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) data of the message corresponding to the random access occasion in each uplink transmission time interval for a defined number of uplink transmission time intervals that occur after the random access occasion.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The described techniques relate to an early indication, from a base station to a user equipment (UE), that may allow the UE to determine from the first symbol of a synchronization signal block (SSB) if the system information associated with the SSB is intended for the UE. Thus, when the UE receives the indication that the system information is dedicated to the UE, the UE may determine to receive and decode the remaining synchronization signal block, a master information block, a set of control resources, a downlink control channel, and a downlink shared channel to receive the system information. In some cases, the UE may determine that the system information is generic and end decoding during reception of the SSB to conserve computational resources by avoiding unnecessary decoding.
