Abstract: The invention relates to a fastening assembly (1) and a method for fastening wherein the fastening element (100) used comprises an opening (110) and cooperates with an elongated element (2) comprising a longitudinal C-shaped cavity (522) by rotation of the fastening element (100) about the central axis (112) of the opening (110) between a fastened state (302), in which a first angular position (200) of the fastening element (100) is transverse to the longitudinal axis (5) of the elongated element (2) and a removable state (202) in which the second angular position (300) is transverse to the longitudinal axis (5) of the elongated element (2).
