Abstract: The present invention relates to an electromagnetic navigation system for microscopic surgery and a method for microscopic surgery using said system. The present disclosure provides an electromagnetic navigation system for microscopic surgery, comprising at least a microscope and an electromagnetic measurement system comprising a field generator, wherein the field generator is fixed or adjustably connected to the microscope, and an additional disturbance correction module for compensating disturbances of the electromagnetic measurement system caused by the microscope.
