Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a tooth brushing training device and a method for instructing users to brush tooth. The tooth brushing training device comprising: a group of indicators configured to direct a user to brush one or more dental regions and a display unit configured to display brushing time of dental regions by a processing device; a buzzer configured to emit sounds when the plurality of indicators indicates the one or more dental regions; a first button to activate the display unit to display the brushing time of the one or more of dental regions and a second button and a third button configured to adjust the period of time on the display unit; a slide button configured to enable the tooth brushing training device to switch between a right hand tooth brushing user and a left hand tooth brushing user.
