Abstract: An elliptical propulsion system for stroller assemblies (10). The elliptical propulsion system (10) has a propulsion frame assembly (20), a propulsion assembly (40), and a propulsion wheel assembly ( 120). The propulsion frame assembly (20) is removably mounted onto a stroller assembly (210). Further having elliptical motion means to cause the propulsion wheel assembly (120) to rotate and propel the stroller assembly (210) when the propulsion frame assembly (20), the propulsion assembly (40), and the propulsion wheel assembly (120) are in an extended configuration.
