Abstract: Systems and methods for the advanced batching of liquid colorant for dispensing into loads of wet concrete are described. A color station 100 makes the batches of liquid colorant in weigh chambers 400a and 400b at the direction of a central authority 502. The color station 100 includes numerous different liquid colorants that are combined to form a specific color of liquid colorant. The color station 100 is in contact with the central authority 502 and receives and transmits information and data to and from the central authority 502. Proximity detection 522 is used to initiate the processing of the batches of liquid colorant.
