Abstract: At a high level, this invention relates to an AI-based method of and system for storing and accessing content by combining a controlled and managed transactional blockchain method, with a controlled and managed peer to peer segmented file storage method, within a predetermined closed network environment structure. The includes embedding and installing a hardware and software module on an IoT (Internet of Things) device to be deployed, managed and controlled within a closed network environment structure. This controlled method for storing and accessing content is possible because it functions within a closed network of hundreds or thousands of smart devices or so called IoT devices connected via the internet; these devices act as conventional consumer telecommunication electronics products, such as a home or office network router, an IPTV set top box, a smart tablet, a VoIP phone, mobile phone, etc.
