摘要： Novel cytokine combinations comprising the combination of a type I cytokine, e.g., interleukin-2 (IL-2), or an IL-2 superkine variant (super-2); and a type II cytokine, e.g., IL-33 or IL-25 are provided for use in treating cancer or infection, e.g., solid tumors. These cytokines may be administered in soluble form or may be expressed by cells, e.g., immune cells which express an endogenous or chimeric receptor which binds to target cells, e.g., cancer cells such as those in a solid tumor.
