Abstract: A method of determining and administering therapies responsive to a circadian rhythm of a user including receiving an indication of a therapy to be administered to the user (102), identifying one or more periods during a circadian cycle during which administration of the therapy is preferred, defining a circadian administration time (104), receiving an indication of a normal circadian rhythm of the user (106), determining the position of the circadian administration time within the normal circadian rhythm of the user, defining a user circadian administration time (108), determining a time of day corresponding to the user circadian administration time, defining a clock administration time (110), and at least one of providing an indication to the user to administer the therapy at the clock administration time and administering the therapy to the user at the clock administration time (112).

Abstract: An eyewear device including a frame (110) an optical sensor (129) to measure environmental light, a lens (120) including a transmission control region (124) that is switchable between first and second configurations, operable to reflect and/or absorb light within the visible spectrum to reduce and/or enhance non-visual responses to light, and operable to permit light within the affected wavelength range to pass therethrough in the second configuration. Electrodes (121) electrically coupled to the transmission control region (124) may enable an electric current to flow through the transmission control region (124). A control system (140) electrically coupled to the electrodes (121) and the optical sensor (129) may control the operation of the eyewear device.
