Abstract: The present invention relates to a wheel (7) for a valve for a heating or cooling system, which comprises a knob (8) as well as an indicating ring (9). By means of the knob a cone (11) is moved upwards and downwards in relation to the valve seat (12), with which the cone cooperates in order to close or open the passage in the valve. The indicating ring normally is rotationally fastened and, not until an axial force is pressing the ring downwards towards the valve body (1), will this locking be released to be able to let the ring rotate. The ring is indirectly connected to a veil (14), which, when it is rotating, changes the size of the passage (15) in the valve, which results in different passage resistance in the valve. The indicating ring has on its periphery a number of numerical values, which can be read by means of a stationary index (17) on the valve body, these numerical values corresponding to tested volume flows or Kvs- values.
