Abstract:
An assembly conductor manufacturing method according to one aspect of the invention includes aligning, around a center strand (30), a plurality of peripheral strands (10), each having at least two side surfaces, one of which opposes an adjacent peripheral strand on one side in a circumferential direction and the other of which opposes an adjacent peripheral strand on the other side in the circumferential direction, so as to form an assembly conductor in which the center strand (30) and the peripheral strands (10) are aligned; twisting the plurality of peripheral strands (10) around the center strand (30) that forms the assembly conductor; and plastic forming the twisted assembly conductor into a substantially rectangular sectional shape. The peripheral strand (10) provided with the two side surfaces has a sectional shape in which a width between the side surfaces becomes narrower toward the center strand (30).
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing an assembled conductor (202) includes: arranging (S2) a plurality of peripheral wires (110) having anisotropic cross-sectional shapes around a central wire (130); bundling the central wire and the peripheral wires that have been arranged, to form a conducting wire bundle (200); and rolling the conducting wire bundle to form the assembled conductor (202). The arranging (S2) includes a bending process (S21, S22, S23) for bending the plurality of peripheral wires in directions along imaginary lines that extend radially relative to an axis of the central wire on an imaginary plane intersecting the axis of the central wire.
Abstract:
A manufacturing method for a collective conducting wire includes applying a lubricant, to which sulfate is added, onto a plurality of conductor lines, forming a conductor bundle by bundling the plurality of the conductor lines, and forming the collective conducting wire by performing plastic working of the conductor bundle.
