摘要: A sealed battery manufacturing method includes inserting a supply nozzle (120) into an opening (33) that is opened outwardly, the opening (33) being formed in a battery container (33); and introducing a detection gas (He) into the battery container in such a manner that injection of the detection gas from the supply nozzle (120) is started at a pressure smaller than a predetermined injection pressure, and then an injection pressure of the detection gas (He) is increased by stages until the injection pressure of the detection gas (He) reaches the predetermined injection pressure.

摘要: A laser welding system (1) is provided. The laser welding system includes a laser source (3) configured to produce a laser beam, beam modifying means (5) configured to split the laser beam into at least two heat source points (30) positioned at a predetermined angle relative to one another along a diagonal intersecting and radially equidistant from a center of a circular weld line (c), the circular weld line being concentric with an object to be welded, rotating means (14) configured to cause rotation of the at least one group of two heat source points or the object to be welded, and controlling means (12) configured to control the rotating means to cause the at least one group of two heat source points to scan substantially all of the circular weld line.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing a secondary battery, capable of forming a uniform membrane on a wound body. Provided is a method including a step for reducing an internal pressure of an exterior (30), a step for pouring an electrolyte solution (E) into the exterior (30), a step for sealing the exterior (30), a step for impregnating the electrolyte solution (E) into the wound body (100) from both axial end portions (100a, 100b) thereof, a step for performing initial charging of a battery (10), and a step for performing high-temperature aging of the battery (10). The additive LPFO is added into the electrolyte solution (E) in an amount such that the internal pressure of the exterior (30) in the step for performing the high-temperature aging becomes equal to or higher than a saturation vapor pressure of the electrolyte solution (E) in the high-temperature aging.
