Abstract: An apparatus (1) for the thermal treatment of food products, comprises a box-shaped body (2) which extends along a longitudinal direction (L) for a predetermined length between a first divider (3) and a second divider (4), a conveyor (5) adapted to move the products to treat inside the box-shaped body (2) according to a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction (L) and according to a direction of movement (S), and blowing members (6) configured to generate a main air flow (F) inside the box-shaped body (2). In particular, the apparatus comprises temperature adjustment means (7) configured to adjust the temperature of the air flow, and at least one dehumidifier (8) configured to dehumidify the same air flow. A further object of the present patent application is also a process for the thermal treatment of food products implemented by the aforementioned apparatus.

Abstract: A mixing head (1 ) for continuously operating mixing apparatuses comprises an outer casing (2) surrounding a mixing chamber (3). A rotor (10) is mounted on a rotating shaft (13) that passes through the outer casing (2) and a stator (7) has an annular shape encircling the rotor (10). A sealing device (16) comprises a rotor portion (17) operatively associated with the rotor (10) and encircling the rotating shaft (13) and a stator portion (22) operatively associated with the stator (7) and encircling the rotating shaft (13). The rotor portion (17) and the stator portion (22) respectively have an annular rotor surface (19) and an annular stator surface (23) encircling said rotating shaft (13) and kept in contact by means of an active pushing device (24) in axial thrust on the stator portion (22).

Abstract: A mixing head (1) comprises an outer casing (2) surrounding a mixing chamber (3) that extends along an axis (X).
