    Abstract: The present invention relates to a soybean product with increased rice content and a preparation method thereof, and more specifically, the invention: can be prepared in a non-compressed manner in which a rice solution processed into a starch-hydrololytic enzyme is mixed with a micronized full-fat soybean powder solution processed into gelatin; increases rice content by using enzymes; improves texture, and simplifies the manufacturing process; and enhances nutritional value and at the same time, improves material properties.
