Abstract:
The invention relates to a brush device for a rotating electrical machine, particularly a motor vehicle starter, said device comprising at least two brushes (13) arranged to rub against a manifold of the rotating electrical machine during the operation of the latter, said brushes being placed in contact with each other in a substantially aligned manner on a straight line parallel to a rotational axis of the manifold.
Abstract:
The invention mainly relates to a motor vehicle heat engine starter comprising a rotary electric machine (5) that has a rotor (9) and a stator (8) and comprises a plurality of magnetic poles (65) arranged on an internal circumference of a yoke (66). Each magnetic pole (65) is made up of a salient pole shoe (69) surrounded by a winding (70). Said starter is characterized in that an air gap (76), separating said rotor (9) from the magnetic poles (65) of said stator (8), varies according to the circumference thereof. The invention also relates to a corresponding pole shoe (69).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a rotating electric machine including at least a first terminal and a second terminal, and an electric circuit connected to said two terminals, the electric circuit including a field winding in the rotor. The rotating electric machine also includes a thermal protection device (7) arranged in the electric machine, including a first electric conductor (71) electrically connected to the second terminal, and a heat-sensitive member (8) electrically disconnected from the electric circuit and arranged in the electric machine so as to deform above a predetermined temperature. In the electric machine, above a predetermined temperature, the deformation of the heat-sensitive member (8) mechanically activates a connection means (72) of the thermal protection device (7) in order to electrically connect the first electric conductor (71) to a second conductor of the electric circuit that is connected electrically directly upstream of the field winding, the second conductor having a different electric potential than that of the second terminal prior to the activation of the activation means.
