    Abstract: Invention relates to method of installing a scrubber modules (12,14) into a main deck of a marine vessel comprising steps of providing an exhaust gas scrubber system (10) comprising a scrubber vessel module (14) and a scrubbing liquid processing module (12), attaching the scrubbing liquid processing module (12) on a deck of the marine vessel (100), laying the scrubber vessel module (14) on the scrubbing liquid processing module (12) and attaching the modules with each other, fluidly connecting the scrubbing liquid processing module (12) to vessel accessory, fluidly connecting the scrubber vessel module (14) to the scrubbing liquid processing module (12) and to a flue of the vessel. Invention relates also to an exhaust gas scrubber system (10) for wet scrubbing of exhaust gas of a power plant (106) in a marine vessel (100) comprising a scrubbing liquid processing module (12) and a scrubber vessel module (14) wherein the scrubbing liquid processing module (12) comprises a first support framework (18) and the scrubber vessel module (14) comprises a second support framework (19), and the scrubber vessel module (14) is assembled onto the scrubbing liquid processing module (12) such that the second support framework (19) is supported by the first support framework (18) in the vessel.

    Abstract: Invention relates to a water lead-through module (10) for discharging water into the sea through a hull (12) of a marine vessel provided with a flow tube (14) having a first end (14.1) and a second end (14.2), wherein the flow tube (14) is of first grade steel and comprising an attachment flange part (18) at the first end of the flow tube (14), and an outlet flange part (20) at the second end (14.2) of the flow tube (14) extending radially outwards from the second end of the flow tube (14) having an outer periphery (20'), the module further having a planar transition plate (22) of a second grade steel having an outer periphery (22' and comprising an opening (23) defining an inner periphery (22'') of the transition plate (22), wherein the inner periphery (22'') of the transition plate (22) conforms with an outer periphery (20') of the outlet flange part (20), and wherein the tran-sition plate (22) is arranged axially flush with, and rigidly connected to, by weld-ing, the outlet flange part (20) of the flow tube (14).
