摘要: Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to CO 2 -based chromatography for the efficient and precise separation of fatty acids. The present disclosure is based, in part, on the discovery that a CO 2 -based chromatography system with features, such as, e.g., improved pressure stability, improved sample injection, and superior column packing materials, reproducibly resolve fatty acids.
