The subject of the invention is a method for manufacturing a vapor-permeable insulation panel and a vapor-permeable insulation panel. The method according to the invention consists in the fact that, on the bottom and along not less than two vertical sides of a metal mold in the shape of a cuboid closed from the bottom with a horizontal rectangular or square bottom, to the edges of which the vertical sides are firmly and tightly attached, expanding foam (2) is poured by means of a mixer into the central free space limited by the layer of mineral wool (1) in the metal mold, and before the expanding foam (2) in which at least 80% of the cells are closed completely increases in volume, the metal mold is closed from above with a metal cover for the time of curing of the expanding foam.

The present invention relates to an anchor-free system for fastening of cladding panels and a method of fastening thereof. An anchor-free system for fastening cladding panels is composed of a two-element hanger (3) and (4) which consists of an upper element of the hanger (3) connected with a bottom element of the hanger (4) with a screw (9), where the contact area of this connection forms a shelf, in the central part of which, advantageously, there is an opening to accommodate an adjustment bolt (8), wherein the upper element of the hanger (3) has the form of a vertical wall closed in the bottom with a horizontal or inclined shelf having openings for the screws (9), wherein the vertical wall of the upper element of the hanger (3) is provided with a tongue (5), (5a) located at an angle relative to the vertical wall of the upper element of the hanger (3), wherein the bottom element of the hanger (4) has the form of two vertical walls connected in the top with a horizontal or inclined shelf having openings for the screws (9) and, advantageously, for an adjustment bolt (8), where the vertical wall of the bottom element (10) makes a hitch for the base profile (2) of installation substructure, wherein the vertical wall of the bottom element of the hanger (4) is provided with a tongue (6), (6a) located at an angle relative to the surface of the vertical wall of the bottom element of the hanger (4), and where each cladding panel (1), on its surface on the invisible side, has some installation grooves (7) to accommodate tongues (5), (5a), (6), (6a).
Abstract:
The present invention refers to a hanger and installation thereof on a cladding panel. According to the invention, the hanger (2) made of a profile (3) has a permanently fixed upper installation profile (4) and lower installation profile (11). The profile (3) has a flat bend (5) on its upper and lower end. The outer edge of each flat bend (5) is in direct contact with the invisible surface of a cladding panel (1). In the central part of the profile (3), there is an opening (6) to accommodate a mounting pin (7) or a mounting bolt (8) or there is a permanently fixed tongue (10). This central part of the profile (3) is in direct contact with the invisible surface of the cladding panel (1) on a contact line (9).
