Abstract: An oximeter wristwatch (9) for measuring a blood oxygenation level (SpO2) at a wrist of an individual (U), comprising a back-case assembly (8) with a lens (4), a light emission assembly (1) comprising a green LED (13), a red LED (12) and an infrared LED (11), each configured to emit light rays toward wrist tissue through the lens, a broadband photodiode (2) receiving red and infrared light rays, a selective photodiode (3) receiving green light rays, wherein the infrared LED, the red LED and the green LED are respectively arranged to emit light rays at a first position (P1), at a second position (P2) and at a third position (P3), wherein the broadband photodiode is spaced from the first and second positions of at least e4=7mm, wherein the selective photodiode is spaced from the third position of at least e5=2mm.
