Abstract: A system comprising: a wearable element designed to be worn on a body region of a subject; an array of sensors arranged at specified locations, attached to the wearable element; and a detection module in communication with each of the sensors in the array and configured to determine a parameter indicative of an injury to the body region, based on the signal. The parameter indicative of an injury to the body region may include at least in part, on at least one of: (i) an impact event associated with said subject calculated from the signal, (ii) a location of each of the at least one of the sensors relative to the body region, and a timing of the generating in the signal generated by the at least one sensor.

Abstract: An automatic pressure drop prevention device is disclosed. The automatic pressure drop prevention device comprises: at least one strip wherein the at least one strip is selected from; a wire, a band, and a combination thereof; and an actuator. The actuator may include: an electric motor; and a gear assembly, such that, the strip is anchored to the gear assembly in at least two places, to create a loop, and wherein the gear assembly is configured to tighten the loop when actuated in a first direction, and to untighten the loop when actuated in a second direction.

Abstract: A wearable system is disclosed.
