Abstract: A lens assembly for a camera, a camera lens system, and a camera system. The lens assembly has an optical path from an object side to an image side, the lens assembly comprising a first lens group having a first optical axis and comprising a first primary lens; an aperture stop; and a light redirecting member, wherein the light redirecting member is arranged between the first lens group and the aperture stop such that the optical path comprises a first optical path segment and a second optical path segment, wherein the first optical path segment and the second optical path segment form an angle larger than 30 degrees, and the lens assembly having a horizontal field of view in the range from 5 degrees to 135 degrees.
