Abstract: A breaker composition comprising (i) an acid precursor, (ii) an accelerating agent wherein the accelerating agent comprises a Lewis acid and (iii) an aqueous fluid wherein the effective operating temperature of the breaker composition ranges from about 15 °C to about 120 °C. A wellbore servicing system comprising (a) an aqueous-based drilling fluid, wherein the aqueous-based drilling fluid forms water-wet solids in the wellbore; and (b) a breaker composition comprising (i) an acid, (ii) an accelerating agent and (iii) an aqueous fluid. A method of dissolving a filtercake comprising contacting the filtercake with a breaker solution comprising (i) an acid precursor, (ii) an accelerating agent and (iii) an aqueous fluid wherein the filtercake comprises calcium carbonate.

Abstract: A computer implemented method of predicting a future maintenance event of a pumping equipment on a wellbore pumping unit comprising loading a pump usage log and a pump maintenance log into a predictive maintenance model. The predictive maintenance model is trained by a machine learning process with a historical database of completed pumping jobs. The predictive maintenance model determines a probability of a future maintenance event in response to the current pump usage. The unit controller displays an alert of the remaining pump life in comparison to a threshold value for a recommended pump maintenance period or a required pump maintenance period.

Abstract: An apparatus comprises a sub-section of a pulse power drilling assembly including a transformer encircling a center flow tube. The transformer comprises at least one primary winding that encircles the center flow tube and a core that encircles the at least one primary winding. The core comprises an insulative material and an electrically conductive material, wherein the insulative material is positioned relative to the electrically conductive material to create at least one break to prevent an electrical path for current within the electrically conductive material during operation of the transformer. The transformer comprises a secondary winding that encircles the core.

Abstract: A method of determining a health status of a mixing system may comprise establishing a flow loop via a pump, a flow control valve, and a flow rate sensor. The method may also include performing a diagnostic test that includes positioning the flow control valve in a first position, operating the pump to communicate a fluid via the flow loop at a first speed, measuring a first periodic dataset while the fluid is communicated via the flow loop, and recording the first periodic dataset. The method may also include comparing a result of the diagnostic test to an operational indicator set, determining the health status based upon the comparison of the result of the diagnostic test and the operational indicator set, and outputting, by the unit controller, indicia of the health status of the mixing system via the input output device.

An example through tubing cement evaluation (TTCE) tool comprising: a housing including a longitudinal axis; a transmitter being positioned within the housing, the transmitter being configured to operate in sonic and ultrasonic frequencies and being angled with respect to the longitudinal axis; a plurality of receivers being positioned within the housing, each of the plurality of receivers being isolated from the transmitter; one or more processors; and at least one computer-readable storage medium having stored therein instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the TTCE tool to: receive at least one of sonic and ultrasonic data from the plurality of receivers; and determine tubing or cement angular information based on the at least one of the sonic and ultrasonic data received from the plurality of receivers.
